Wonderful Stay

amazing choice comfortable beds

The breakfast options included an amazing choice. Mohammed in the exec lounge was especially helpful. The location had walking distance to the main Mall and the business area. The bed are comfortable, and the room was always clean.

The hotel was noisy. The band played loud music. I had to call twice before it ended around 11:45 pm. The music wasn't even great, just loud thudding.

really good stay

live music central location

the room was beautiful i appreciated the relaxing live piano music played in the lobby there was a wide selection at the buffet breakfast the location is central i commend nuwan pasidu for the elephant artwork i saw. there are many restaurants close by i found the hotel convenient and well-situated. the harbor court restaurant served a tasty breakfast i thoroughly enjoyed it.

i noticed the reception staff were not cute i found them not very helpful the corridor and my room smelled of cigarettes this was unpleasant i was not impressed. the room did not look like the pictures online it was small and needed updates the carpets were dirty and needed cleaning.

the hotel features a swimming pool restaurant near the galle face and the new port city marina the location is surprisingly quiet offering a relaxing atmosphere during the day i found this excellent.

the ocean restaurant provided a good culinary journey the food was delicious and the portions were generous i appreciated the attentive service from the staff. i found the seafood to be particularly tasty.

central location executive room

the hotel provides a central location close to amenities. i was upgraded to a executive room this time. housekeeping staff asked daily about room needs. i thank madhushan, chamoda and nabeela for their help.

The buffet had diverse food options. The staff showed knowledge about ingredients and allergies. The housekeeping staff kept the rooms super clean. The cleaning was prompt and detailed.

basic room terrible stench

the room was basic and i found water leaking from the toilet drainage.. breakfast food wasn't up to standard since it was cold. the late checkout request until 4 pm was denied unless we paid extra, despite our two-week stay and evening flight.
